We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our US and EU clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular business reviews and communication.
- Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a mid-market SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of US and EU clients.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to utilize data and metrics to drive actionable decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with conducting customer feedback sessions and translating insights into actionable outcomes.
- Skilled in problem-solving and able to manage challenging situations professionally.
- Experience with SaaS platforms in the automotive or dealership space is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.
