Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our US and EU clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular business reviews and communication.
  • Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a mid-market SaaS environment.
  2. A proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of US and EU clients.
  3. Strong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  4. Strong analytical mindset and ability to utilize data and metrics to drive actionable decisions.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  6. Experience with conducting customer feedback sessions and translating insights into actionable outcomes.
  7. Skilled in problem-solving and able to manage challenging situations professionally.
  8. Experience with SaaS platforms in the automotive or dealership space is a plus, but not mandatory.
  9. Willingness to work in US shift timings.
