About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at upGrad Rekrut. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the top-line of the organization and be the front face of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry. They will be responsible for maintaining the reputation of our organization as a customer-centric one, building and maintaining relations with potential customers, and accompanying them to shortlisted sites to structure and negotiate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Accompanying potential customers to shortlisted sites and helping them structure and negotiate deals
  • Helping customers with documentation for loan processing and registration
  • Meeting potential customers and helping them shortlist appropriate properties through organized presentations and verbal communication

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
