Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with Real Estate Developers, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard Real Estate Developers for sales and marketing mandates, commercial real estate investment opportunities, and fund-raising transactions.
- Develop relationships with clients to expand business and create long-term partnerships.
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, including information memorandums, pitch books, and investment teasers.
- Understand the real estate ecosystem to provide holistic solutions to key accounts.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Capital Markets, Lead Generation, or Client Management.
- Real estate experience is highly desirable.
- You must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and able to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for career growth.
