About The Role:
As a Strategic Business Growth Manager at Styczne Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Generating project leads and obtaining tenders from clients.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Meeting with new clients from various industries on a daily basis.
- Scheduling client meetings for management.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Requirements:
- English proficiency.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for various tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
