Senior Real Estate Business Development Manager

About the Job:
We are seeking a Residential Sales Leadership Professional to join our team at Address Advisors. As a key member of our residential real estate division, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic partnerships with clients and developers, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and client satisfaction goals, providing ongoing training and coaching to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Source and evaluate residential properties that meet client requirements, conducting site visits and due diligence as needed.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field, preferably with an MBA.
- At least 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in Bangalore.
- In-depth knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
Estimated Salary: ₹60,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
