About the Role

We are looking for a high performing Sales Executive who can drive sales growth, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT and digital services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-depth knowledge of Datamatics' offerings and value proposition.
  • Use existing network of industry contacts to generate new business and acquire new customers.
  • Team handling experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape.
  • Understand customer buying cycle.
  • Hunt for new logos/clients-majorly MHA (Must Have Accounts).
  • Achieve and regularly meet sales target.
  • Contribute to overall sales growth strategies and plans.
  • Drive entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure.
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer diverse needs.
  • Anticipate possible escalations and keep sales posted for timely intervention.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Experience:

  • Relevant years of experience in sales.
  • Experience selling IT and digital services within Mumbai markets.
  • Experience working with offshore delivery team would be preferred.

Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 12-20 lakhs per annum based on experience and performance.
