Job Summary

The Subscription Sales and Operations Executive is responsible for driving subscription sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless interdepartmental coordination between clients, sales, and studio teams.

Responsibilities

• Tele-sales from a given database of prospective clients for selling subscriptions and digital media products.

• Generate leads and support the Sales GM to set up meetings for leads.

• Send proposals by email and WhatsApp to clients.

• Manage all media operations by coordinating with clients for ad materials and obtaining client approvals.

• Follow up with clients for reducing outstanding payments.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in sales and operations for a media company, preferably B2B magazines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interdepartmental coordination skills, are essential.
