About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Development Manager to join our team at Dentalkart. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and email campaigns.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential opportunities.
    • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
