We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in New Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Indian market.

About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be the face of Digital Turbine in the Delhi advertising market, building relationships with trading desks, agencies, brands, and internal teams to drive revenue and growth. Your expertise in mobile advertising, programmatic sales, and ad tech will be invaluable in establishing new business opportunities and retaining existing clients.

  • You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth through managed and programmatic sales streams, both via agencies and brands direct.
  • Leverage Digital Turbine's products and solutions to establish new business and retain existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local media agencies and direct clients in the region.
  • Drive the strategic planning process, forecasting, tracking, and reporting on sales performance.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with at least 8 years of sales/business development experience within media, preferably in mobile, programmatic, and ad tech sales. You should have a proven track record of managing and developing client relationships and exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you should possess superior organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹12-15 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location.
