Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Tele Sales

Job Description:

Industrybuying.com, India's leading B2B e-commerce platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager - Tele Sales to drive sales growth through online and telephonic channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own and deliver sales targets and growth journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, aggressive monetizing of online traffic, and managing call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver sales targets and growth journey.

• Aggressive monetizing of the Online traffic through calls, CRM.

• Initiating growth hacking ideas and innovation for selling through phone channel

• Managing call center operations - telephony, people, recruiting, training, quality & customer care

• Running Analytics and CRM to grow the channel using data based intelligence and tools

Requirements:

• At least 8+ years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales.

• Experience and knowledge of sales agent management, workflow management technologies, CRM technologies and CRM funnel management process, sales process management.

• Analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.

• Leadership skills with experience of managing and ensuring growth for a team of 50+ sales personnel.

• Tier I - II Institute B.Tech/MBA/PGDM graduates preferred.
