Job Summary

As a HubSpot Marketing and Sales Module Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing our HubSpot instance, ensuring seamless integration with other martech tools, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

About the Job

  • Responsibilities include overall management of HubSpot Sales and Marketing modules, new user training, integrations with martech tools, workflow design, and data quality assurance.
  • You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful adoption and optimization of HubSpot functionalities.
  • Able to conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency, establishing and enforcing data enrichment, deduplication, and scalability standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • New marketing and sales user training onboarding and adoption.
  • Managing integrations with martech tools like Demand base, sales navigator, reachdesk, and internal systems.
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency, establish and enforce data enrichment, deduplication, and scalability standards.

Salary Estimate: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month (dependent on location and experience). We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
