Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Marketing and Sales Module Administrator to join our global marketing team at Datamatics. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience with 2-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing and sales modules, focusing on managing the overall HubSpot instance, user management, training & onboarding, workflow design, integrations, data integrity, cross-departmental collaboration, and reporting.

About the Role

  • This role requires a strong understanding of CRM data management, including data enrichment and deduplication processes.
  • You will be responsible for designing and managing complex workflows within HubSpot, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to integrate and optimize HubSpot functionalities.
  • Able to create advanced reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in designing and managing complex workflows within HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, including data enrichment and deduplication processes.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to integrate and optimize HubSpot functionalities.
  • Expertise in creating advanced reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Estimate: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month (dependent on location and experience). We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
