Senior Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced HubSpot marketing and sales module administrator to join our global marketing team at Datamatics. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience with 2-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing and sales modules.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HubSpot instance, user management, training & onboarding, workflow design, integrations, data integrity, cross-departmental collaboration, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall Management of HubSpot Sales and Marketing modules: New marketing and sales and inside sales user training onboarding and adoption across India, Europe, and US geographies.
- Managing Integrations: Integrate with other martech tools like Demand base, LinkedIn sales navigator, reachdesk, and other internal systems.
- Workflow Design and Automation: Develop, implement, and refine complex workflows to streamline processes and integration with Datamatics website.
Data Quality and Integrity:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Establish and enforce data enrichment, deduplication, and scalability standards to maintain a high-quality database.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless HubSpot integration.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and manage advanced dashboards and reports.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in designing and managing complex workflows within HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of CRM data management, including data enrichment and deduplication processes.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to integrate and optimize HubSpot functionalities.
- Expertise in creating advanced reports and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expected to work with global sales team and required to have overlap with US and Europe working hours whenever required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSc/ BTech/ MBA with 6-8 years of CRM Admin experience.
- HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub certifications.
- Experience with additional CRM platforms or marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience and location.
