Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM Strategist and Digital Marketing Lead to join our growing and highly capable team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective CRM and email marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, CRM systems, and data analytics. You will work closely with our CRM and Email Marketing Manager to understand client business goals and target audiences, crafting strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Crafting CRM Strategies:
    • Analyze client data to segment audiences and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
    • Develop customer journey maps and identify opportunities for engagement and conversion.
  • HubSpot Management:
    • Configure and customize HubSpot to optimize workflows, reporting, and integrations.
    • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot usage and best practices.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Create and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment.
    • A/B test email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to derive actionable insights.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in CRM and Email Marketing Management.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot is mandatory.
  • Hubspot certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) and HTML basics.
  • Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Excellent team player with experience in working with the US clientele.
  • Very strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with good time/project management skills.
  • Exceptionally well organized with strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
