Indiginus is a productized service for the online marketing of fundraisers, with a vision to build a platform for fundraising marketing. Founded by Nish Bhutani, former SVP at NASDAQ-listed CNET in San Francisco, and formerly on the executive team and board of Lovefilm, the Netflix equivalent for Europe, which was sold to Amazon.
We have worked with clients across industry verticals and around the globe, including US-based Riaz Capital, American India Foundation, Cambrian Asset Management, RUME, MDSV Capital, and Field Intelligence.
Our fundraising marketing service targets US clients in verticals such as real estate, crypto funds, and non-profits. We recently helped SF Bay-Area-based Riaz Capital raise $125 million for its housing fund, with our marketing influencing the majority of the fundraising, and 25% of funds raised being directly attributable to digital acquisition.

Career Title: CRM Strategist and Email Marketing Specialist
Main Objective: Develop and execute effective CRM and email marketing campaigns for our clients, assisting our CRM and Email Marketing Manager.
Key responsibilities include understanding client business goals and target audiences, crafting strategies that deliver measurable results, and having a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, CRM systems, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Lead and clients to define CRM strategies that align with their business objectives.
- Analyze client data to segment audiences and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
- Develop customer journey maps and identify opportunities for engagement and conversion.
- Develop, administer, and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it meets business requirements.
- Configure and customize HubSpot to optimize workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot usage and best practices.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment.
- Craft compelling email copy and design templates that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor email deliverability and optimize email send practices.
- A/B test email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRM, Salesforce, and email marketing.
- Conduct research to identify market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for innovation.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to derive actionable insights.
- Use data to refine and optimize CRM and email marketing strategies continuously.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Personalize email content and offers based on customer behaviors and preferences.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Be responsive to client requests and adapt strategies based on client feedback.
- Manage collaboration with vendor companies, team members, and clients.
- Create, edit, manage, and organize tickets on project management tools like Asana and ClickUp to effectively manage timelines, projects, and deliverable deadlines.
Qualifications
- Overall 4-6 years of experience in CRM and Email Marketing Management.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot is mandatory.
- Hubspot certification is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) and HTML basics.
- Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and CRM tools like Hubspot.
- Excellent team player with experience in working with US clientele is mandatory.
- Very strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter with good time/project management skills.
- Exceptionally well organized with strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong logical reasoning skills and out-of-the-box solutions.
- An affinity for new technologies and platforms with an ability to implement them in relation to business problems.
