At 3Di Systems, we're seeking an experienced HubSpot Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves setting up and managing sales and marketing campaigns on HubSpot for our existing and prospective clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and technology roles. You'll be responsible for creating landing pages, pop-ups, CTA tabs, and scheduling email drip campaigns. Additionally, you'll develop client personas and manage list segmentation to nurture clients through targeted email drips.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and executing sales and marketing campaigns on HubSpot
  • Creating landing pages, pop-ups, CTA tabs, and scheduling email drip campaigns
  • Developing client personas and managing list segmentation
  • Working on developing content pages on HubSpot linked to the parent website
  • A/B testing of HubSpot sales and marketing assets
  • Reporting and analytics to optimize lead conversions and assets

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and a strong understanding of HubSpot's sales and marketing tools. You should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or engineering/technology and at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing and technology roles. Experience with B2B technology product marketing, content writing, and inbound marketing philosophy are pluses.

Benefits

We're looking for someone who is proficient in English speaking and writing, has good knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEM Rush, WebTrends), and experience operating in a global company with remote management is a plus. Attention to detail is a must-have.
