Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated International Business Expansion Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales and identifying new business opportunities. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the education consulting industry
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Affinity for market research and competitor analysis
  • Results-driven and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education consulting industry
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company

Compensation Package:

The salary for this role is approximately ₹6 lac per annum, with a mix of fixed and variable components. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
