We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our international expansion strategy. This ambitious role demands a forward-thinking professional who can define and execute a sales strategy that drives sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing a comprehensive growth strategy that balances financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Evaluating the entire value chain, understanding manufacturing processes, and possessing in-depth knowledge of product and project costing
• Leading the business agenda by engaging the required competencies, including logistics, quality, manufacturing, and sustainability
• Collaborating with customers to set goals and create action plans that enhance business potential
• Negotiating with customers and suppliers
• Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
• Promoting the company's products/services that address or predict client objectives
• Preparing sales contracts that adhere to established rules and guidelines
• Maintaining records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other key performance indicators
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • An economic and finance background, with a deep understanding of company financials and the ability to work with cost breakdowns
    • A passion for business and a results-driven approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical skills for working with numbers, prioritizing tasks, and negotiating prices
    • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with CRM systems

A proven track record in business development, sales, or a relevant role is essential for success in this position.
