Pre-Sales Consultant

The Pre-Sales Consultant role at Twixor involves managing all platform-related pre-sales activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting product decks, demonstrating product capabilities, conducting workshops for potential customers, owning and delivering Proof of Concept (POC) projects, handling product training, and acting as a conduit between the sales and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include planning and setting up pre-defined demos for customers, preparing and maintaining vertical-wise product demos, monitoring the competition, and being prepared to address customer objections. The consultant will also need to stay up-to-date with market happenings and emerging technologies in the domain.
Day-to-day activities will include leading customer product demos, managing product POC buildout and delivery, conducting product training for on-boarded customers and partners, partnering network engagement and support, owning product support in the pre-sales stage, and presenting and consulting on product capabilities to customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing within the pre-sales organization, moving towards larger order support, managing larger teams, and managing global teams. Key qualifications include 4 to 7 years of experience and a willingness to relocate to Chennai or Bangalore.
