Job Title: Sales Development Team Lead

About the Role
ImageKit is a SaaS product that streamlines images and videos for companies of all sizes across the globe. As a Sales Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and leading an outbound process from the ground up. You will work with the leadership team to formulate a lead generation strategy, design the end-to-end process, and hire, train, and lead new SDRs.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the leadership team to identify target markets, ideal customer profiles, and key performance indicators
- Design the end-to-end outbound process, including research, tools, outreach messaging, follow-ups, qualification, and handoff to Account Executives
- Run the entire end-to-end outbound process personally to test and refine the overall process
- Hire, train, and lead new SDRs, managing their onboarding, coaching, communication, objection handling, and more

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales development experience with at least 3+ years of SDR management experience in the SaaS industry
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, team environment
- Passionate for building and leading high-performing teams from scratch

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
