About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our export business development team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our existing export business across various trades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve KPI targets and drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with Pricing to ensure competitive rate proposals and secure Consignee/Agent nominations via POD.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets across Asia, USA, Latin America, and Mediterranean regions.
  • Conduct market research and provide weekly sales reports to management.
  • Analyze customer data and forecast bookings to optimize sales performance.

  • A proven track record in sales leadership with a focus on export business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with the shipping industry and trade routes.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
