About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our export business development team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our existing export business across various trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve KPI targets and drive business growth.
- Coordinate with Pricing to ensure competitive rate proposals and secure Consignee/Agent nominations via POD.
- Meet or exceed sales targets across Asia, USA, Latin America, and Mediterranean regions.
- Conduct market research and provide weekly sales reports to management.
- Analyze customer data and forecast bookings to optimize sales performance.

- A proven track record in sales leadership with a focus on export business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
- Familiarity with the shipping industry and trade routes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
