Job Description

The Administrative Sales Team Lead will be responsible for updating warehouse pending orders regularly upon receipt of orders from dispatch teams and based on activity completed by operators. Additionally, they will allocate manpower based on activities pending at the warehouse on a daily basis and ensure double pack & triple pack SKU packing is done as per SKU combination given by PM department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (English and Tamil) and should have good interpersonal skills. They will also have 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations specifically manufacturing and be able to support 47 operators and sales teams.
