Job Title: Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to fill the role of Sales Territory Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of proven experience in sales of LV switchgear products, with a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and achieving business targets in the territory through Panel Builder, OEM, and End User segments. Key responsibilities include generating leads, designing and selecting products, preparing offers, negotiating, and closing orders.

In addition, the candidate will educate customers about Siemens products through product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars. Maintaining sales systematic bottoms-up planning, visit reports, and timely order booking will also be essential duties of this role.

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should possess strong product and market knowledge of LV switchgear. Channel handling experience is an added advantage. Flexibility to different models of operation, remote, or while traveling is also required.

The selected candidate will identify and report relevant market development and competition analysis, maintain personal contacts with major customers to ensure customer satisfaction, and have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
