Job Role: Territory Expansion Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced Territory Expansion Manager to lead our sales growth initiatives in the region. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory expansion plan to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Build and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand regional coverage.
  • Drive dealer onboarding, training, and support to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Engage with multinational corporations (MNCs), large enterprises, consultants, and project houses to position solutions.
  • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase offerings.
  • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and documents.
  • Ensure timely order closures, payment collection, and account management.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electronics, IT, or Business Management).
  • 3–6 years of sales/business development experience in Electronic Security Systems, ICT, Automation, or related industries.
  • Strong dealer/channel management background preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
