Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our regional growth strategy in South Asia. As Regional Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth plans, identifying new opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth plans, leveraging industry trends, competitor analysis, and market needs.
- Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.
- Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers, fostering a high-performance work culture.
Qualifications:
To succeed as Regional Growth Strategist, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
- Strong background in commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes.
- Senior leadership skills, including analytical problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
