The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in driving LEAD's mission of delivering excellent education to every child. The primary responsibility is to drive the expansion of LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on an understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
    • Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
      • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the organization's goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
        • Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
        Ideal Experience Profile:
        • 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
        • Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
        • Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals are essential.
        • Ability to travel across the given territory/zone is mandatory.
