The Regional Lead role is focused on driving business growth and success within a designated region.
This position involves leading a team of Elite Bankers, ensuring they meet their objectives and revenue targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding individuals to achieve defined goals, monitoring productivity and goal sheet objectives, and implementing a robust quality management framework.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Quality recruitment, training, and development of Elite Bankers.
- Mentorship and guidance to individuals for achieving defined goals.
- Monitoring productivity, goal sheet objectives, and revenue targets for the Elite Banker team.
- Ideation and adoption of a robust quality management framework.
- Ensuring engagement across various business lines.
- Driving execution of triggers, campaigns, and programs designed by the Channel Management & Product Teams.
- Leading a customer-first culture by driving high-degree servicing norms.
- Attracting and retaining top talent for Elite Bankers.
- Monitoring employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates.
- Championing the use of data analytics to power up marketing propositions.
