Job Summary:
The Channel Development Manager will lead the channel development efforts in their assigned region, focusing on building and managing a robust network of distributors, dealers, and retailers. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to expand the regional distribution network, identifying, onboarding, and supporting new channel partners, and monitoring channel partner performance to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel development strategies to expand the regional distribution network
- Identify, onboard, and support new channel partners, including providing necessary training and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, leveraging negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional plans that drive business growth
- Monitor channel partner performance and refine strategies to optimize outcomes

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000, based on industry standards and location considerations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in channel management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
