Government Pre-Sales Consultant

HubbleHox, an edtech initiative by Rustom Kerawalla, Founder and Chairperson of the Ampersand Group and VIBGYOR Schools, seeks a highly skilled Pre-Sales Specialist to join its team.
With a focus on creating a tech-powered, self-sustained learning ecosystem, HubbleHox aims to drive learning opportunities for all - effectively from 'Cradle to the Grave'. This will help in learning and skilling from an employment & employability perspective.
The company's business model looks at education as a CONTINUOUS LEARNING MODEL with an objective to move traditional learning models completely online or in a hybrid model by leveraging technology to impact individual learning & outcomes.
Key pillars of the LMS (Learning Management System) platform include:
- LEARN: Connect learners with tools that make learning easier.

- TEACH: Teachers drive outcomes & we will not be constrained by any parameters (qualifications, age, etc.) to get the right teachers on our platform

About the RoleThis Pre-Sales Specialist role involves working closely with government clients to understand their needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and support the sales team in driving strategic sales processes.
Solution Consultation and Design: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, particularly within government frameworks and regulations. Design and present tailored solutions that address client needs, ensuring alignment with compliance, data security, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with government clients at various levels to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and deep-dive sessions tailored to public sector requirements.
- Address client queries and concerns, ensuring high responsiveness and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed RFP responses, proposals, and bid documents for government tenders.
- Ensure that all documentation is in line with government procurement policies and meets strict timelines.
- Customize solutions, pricing, and terms to optimize success in competitive government bids.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, government initiatives, and competitor offerings to identify strategic opportunities.
- Develop insights that support business development and enhance our solutions' positioning in the public sector.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a consistent approach to client engagement.
- Regularly update management on project statuses, potential risks, and client feedback.
- Track and report on pre-sales metrics, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree or certifications related to sales or project management is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role, with a focus on government or public sector clients.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, RFPs, RFIs, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tailor technical information for diverse audiences.
As a Pre-Sales Specialist at HubbleHox, you can expect a salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
