Promote Oil Additives business in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh by building strong relationships with customers and managing sales channels. Utilize market insights to develop effective solutions for our products.
- Achieve challenging targets of Oil Additives business in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh.
- Create quick and trustful relations with customers at different levels.
- Pick up new ideas and market needs and recommend smart solutions for our products.
- Identify potential target Indian OEM's within Automotive industry and work with them to promote Evonik Oil Additive technologies.
- Decide on most effective sales channel for customers and segments in the region.
- Work closely with departments of principals to support strategic goals of the business.
- Product promotion for Oil Additives business in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh.
- Mediation between seller/production company and customer in the area.
- Communicate between principal and customer in the area.
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of lubricants and its application is preferred.
- MBA in Sales / Operations.
- Experience of handling Public sector customers.
- Possess technical sales acumen.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Target Oriented, Team Player.
- Intercultural mix.
- Good and clear communication.
