USA Business Development Lead

At ValueLabs, we're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in the USA market.
As a key member of our team, you will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential prospects.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve inside sales targets through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless GTM strategy implementation.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the USA market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the night shift from 5 PM onwards.
- Willingness to work from our office in Hyderabad.
