Job Title: Business Development Executive - USA Market Expansion
About Us: At ValueLabs, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the USA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market through strategic planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential prospects to establish long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve inside sales targets through cold calling and outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of GTM strategies.
- Must have experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to offer informed solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the USA market (preference given to those with work experience in the USA Central Time Zone).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in the night shift from 4 PM onwards.
- Willingness to work from our office in Hyderabad.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
