Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.
About the Role:
- Pursue new business opportunities within the US staffing industry, focusing on generating revenue from new clients.
- Leverage existing relationships to bring business to the company and expand the client portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful candidate placements that meet the client's unique requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term business growth.
- Drive business development activities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of client-specific sales cycles, negotiating contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
- Providing industry insights and market trends to help guide strategy and decision-making in client acquisitions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development in the staffing industry, focused on direct sales and client acquisition.
- A proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruiting or managing staffing requirements is highly advantageous.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- A self-starter mentality with the drive to seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will be entitled to benefits such as GHI & GPA, PTO, performance commission, and more.
