USA Business Development Executive

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to lead new business opportunities in the USA market. This role requires a results-driven professional with experience in business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market through cold calling and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential prospects to drive sales growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve inside sales targets, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless GTM strategy implementation.
A strong understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will stay updated on market trends and industry developments to offer informed solutions to clients.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the USA market, preferably in the central time zone.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to succeed in this role.
Ability to work night shifts from 4 PM onwards and willingness to work from our office in Hyderabad are also necessary.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
Based on the requirements, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
