We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market by leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce.

B-build and maintain strong relationships with potential prospects through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Develop and execute plans to achieve inside sales targets through targeted cold calling and LinkedIn engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless strategy implementation and drive business growth.

Must have experience working on CRM tools and staying updated on market trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the USA market.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in the night shift from 4 PM onwards.

Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad for this role.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player with excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
