Job Summary

The SNOW team is HighRadius' internal Strategy & Operations team that works directly with our Founder and other CXOs to drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to continually develop and provide inputs to guide and support decision making for leaders. This is a highly visible and complex role - the candidate will be the single point of contact for users and Execs across the organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive Business Growth
    • Play a critical role in making HighRadius the only Office of the CFO multi-category company in the world.
    • Drive the business forward, solve critical problems to scale O2C (Order to Cash) business on Highradius hyper growth journey.
  2. Develop Business Understanding
    • Develop deep understanding of the assigned business unit and proactively identify areas of improvement.
    • Be a strategic partner to the GTM leadership by owning business critical decision recommendations and end-end execution with self-driven updates to the C-suite.
  3. Deliver Projects
    • Deliver Strategy & Operations projects (e.g., operating model optimization, margins improvement, budgeting, and people performance for the assigned business units) within specified timelines (~ 1-6 months).
    • Understand the as-is, work with the leaders to define the to-be and provide a path to achieve the to-be.
  4. Identify Growth Bottlenecks
    • Identify key growth bottlenecks and devise solutions/initiatives to address them based on data, stakeholder interactions, and market research.
  5. Own Business Reviews
    • Own Business Reviews ensuring data and presentation accuracy to deliver actionable insights in our relentless push to achieve KPI outcomes for each market, team, and individual within the sales org.
Requirements

Experience: 3 - 5 Years Experience

Education: B.Tech/B.E//M.C.A/M.S/M.Tech. Preference will be given to MBA candidates.

Other Requirements: Good Communication, Cross collaboration, Data understanding, Proficient with Excel, data crunching, data analysis, Operator experience. Startup experience(good to have). Muscle memory of sales(good to have)

We estimate the salary range to be around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
