About ValueLabs:

We are a leading provider of digital solutions, and we're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities in the USA market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with strong communication and negotiation skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential prospects.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets through cold calling and outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless GTM strategy implementation.
  • Must have experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to offer informed solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the USA market. (Preferably with work experience in the USA central time zone)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights from 4 PM onwards.
  • Willingness to work from our office in Hyderabad.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
