Job Title: Business Development Manager

Overview:

NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd. is a leading financial services company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our retail loan sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To grow the retail loan business and achieve targeted loan book size
  • To increase productivity in terms of value and number of loan disbursals as a team
  • To optimize cost of merchant acquisition per disbursal
  • To increase income from each merchant acquisition


Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate in Commerce/Science
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC out of which at least 5 to 7 years of retail loan selling is a must
  • Management degree in finance/business from reputed institute will be given preference


Estimated Salary Range: ₹60 Lacs - ₹80 Lacs per annum.
