We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and relationship-building with potential prospects.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track progress and stay organized.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide informed solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the USA market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including night shifts from 4 PM onwards.
  • Willingsness to relocate to our office in Hyderabad or be based remotely.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum
