About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Representative to join our team at HCLTech.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound sales calls from customers and provide clear, concise information about our services and promotions.
  • Navigate our order entry system efficiently to process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Tailor sales pitches to address specific customer needs and demonstrate how our service can meet those needs effectively.
  • Document interaction details accurately to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (sales process, call quality, attendance, and call conversion) to drive business growth.
  • BUILD RAPPORT AND ESTABLISH POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO FOSTER TRUST AND LOYALTY.
  • Stay educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process updates to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features, specifications, pricing, and any updates or changes to articulate product details clearly and accurately to potential customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (may substitute two years of relevant experience per one year of required education).
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a call center or Tele sales environment.
  • An excellent verbal communication style with the ability to build rapport and engage customers.
  • Persuasive and confident sales approach with strong negotiation skills.
  • Active listening and consultative selling abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize multiple systems simultaneously.
