Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Ruloans Distribution Services Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographical area, leading a team of field sales representatives, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Travel to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Oustanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum.
