Head of Sales

We are seeking a Head of Sales - FTL Operations to join our team and contribute to our hyper growth phase. This individual will be responsible for scaling up and running the business in their region while contributing to nationwide sales.
About the Position
The successful candidate will manage the entire business process from lead generation to closure, ensuring seamless collaboration with the supply team to optimize demand and supply funnels. Additionally, they will develop pipelines, create momentum, and anticipate industry opportunities to expand into new markets and enhance sales volumes/revenues.
Responsibilities
1. Implement processes to improve sales team performance and drive strategic sales on focus lanes, ensuring steady growth.
2. Foster lasting relationships, strengthen existing customer bases, and stay updated on market trends to gain a competitive advantage.
3. Manage the P&L of the business and oversee daily/weekly/monthly metric reporting.
4. Recruit, train, and motivate high-performing teams to achieve top-line and profit targets while driving month-on-month growth.
Salary Range: ₹70,00,000 - ₹1,00,00,000 per annum based on experience and location.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of work experience with leadership skills and cross-functional team management expertise.
- Proven track record of developing sustainable client relationships and strong sales & operations performance.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of multiple languages.
