Job Title: Regional Sales and Operations Head

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on experience.

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales and Operations Head to lead our chemical manufacturing branch in Nandesai. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing team, and contributing to the company's success.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team of sales and operations staff. They will drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the branch. Additionally, they will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction to foster loyalty and long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the branch.

  3. Oversee the branch's budget, financial targets, and resource allocation to achieve profitability and operational efficiency.

  6. Prepare regular reports on branch performance, financials, and key metrics for senior management.

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in a managerial role within Chemical Manufacturing, Industrial Gases, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. A Master's degree in Business Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance in a branch or regional setting.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the chemical manufacturing or industrial gases industry, including market dynamics and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and managing team interactions.
