Job Title: Sales and Business Development LeaderAbout the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve sales targets for primary and secondary markets, focusing on retail store openings and inventory management.
  • Directly manage A+ category retail outlets and optimize their merchandising and display of company products.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver targeted results and drive business growth.
  • Analyze sales reports, monitor distributor balances, and implement effective sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
