Job Title: Business Process Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Business Process Leader. This key position will be responsible for driving and implementing comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team in designing, implementing, and managing a robust internal Know Your Customer (KYC) program. The primary objective is to ensure compliance with relevant frameworks, policies, and internal control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance KYC operations in alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, including client onboarding processes and refresh procedures, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and scalability.
  • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure service-level standards are consistently achieved.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and senior business leaders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Deliver timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily account refresh activities to ensure documentation and regulatory standards are met.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on onboarding and refresh cases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
