Job Title: Client Service Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Client Service professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably within Financial Services. Strong knowledge of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) regulations and excellent communication skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, coordinating with Fund Accountants, Operations, and Finance teams, handling subscription/redemption requests and fee calculations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

About the Role:
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships
  • Coordinate with Fund Accountants, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Handle subscription/redemption requests and fee calculations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:
  • MBA in Finance or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, ideally within Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
