  • Key Support Excellence:

  • - Develop and maintain expert knowledge of offerings, serving as a key resource for both clients and team members.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating strong client advocacy.
  • - Work to meet all required service levels and provide necessary efficiency.

Requirements:

  • - Proven experience in a client support or service role.
  • - A good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • - Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
