
Client Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving complex customer complaints.
Your key responsibilities will include managing difficult customer situations, gathering and preparing statistics for service quality and productivity indicators, and ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.
You will also be responsible for finding ways to improve operational efficiency and control costs, processing transactions with a high level of accuracy and commitment, and monitoring customer satisfaction survey ratings.
In addition, you will ensure adherence to laid down processes, facilitate first time resolution, minimize rejections and customer complaints, and monitor and track transaction volumes.
You will be responsible for general reconciliation and control activities, as well as being multi-skilled to handle all kinds of transactions and services in the bank.
You will also contribute to branch performance through referrals, efficient customer service, and effective operations controls.
Requirements- Graduate or Post Graduate degree
- Candidate should have anywhere between 1 - 4 years of overall experience
- Banking knowledge and understanding of front and back office processes and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
- Team-playing ability
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
