About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional with 34 years of experience in client servicing and event operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling clients independently, planning and executing events, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; build and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable event plans.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute events and brand activations across locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage event budgets and costings effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Travel to event locations and client meetings as and when required.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to their needs.
- Handle vendor negotiations and procurement, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain detailed reports and documentation for each project using Excel and other tools.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in client servicing and event management.
- Strong understanding of event planning, budgeting, and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation creation.
- Ability and willingness to travel for events and meetings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience in managing vendors and multi-city event coordination is a plus.
