Overview: 

The Client Service team connects Guidepoint's clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client's specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours. 

Play a vital role in Guidepoint's success.

As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will understand your client's unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers. You will find and recruit new experts into our network of over 1.5 million Guidepoint Advisors, determining which ones are best suited to speak with the client. For many of our employees, the Associate role represents their first job post-college, and provides a unique opportunity to put core business skills into practice, as well as gain exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines.

This is a hybrid position out of our Mumbai office.

What You'll Do:

Review and analyze client research requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each projectUtilize the phone, LinkedIn, and outreach to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network by effectively communicating why their expertise is a good match for the specific project you're working onScreen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client considerationOperate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors

What You Have:

Bachelor's degree and a strong academic record requiredDesire to work in a sales/lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-driven Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsOutgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levelsIntellectual curiosity and desire to learnExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a teamBachelor's degree and a strong academic record requiredFluency in English is a must
